Personal data, technical processes when calling up our webpage

 

 

 

 

1. Personal data

At present, personal data are collected only if you:

(1) send us an e-mail using the contact-functionality.

These personal data are processed electronically and are used as follows:

- When you communicate with us by e-mail using our webpage, data are collected in order to be able to answer your request and to follow the progress.

You have the right to request the disclosure, correction, supplement and erasure of your personal data. If you wish to do something of the said, it is sufficient to send an e-mail with proof of identity to the following address: curozone@t-online.de.

By sending your email to CurOzone@t-online.de  you agree and consent that the operator collects, saves as well as processes the data mentioned hereinbefore for the purpose mentioned hereinbefore.

2. Data transmission, logging

Every call-up of our webpage constitutes a retrieval or the attempt of a retrieval to call off one or several file(s) from the web server. During every call-off, the following data are saved in a protocol file (hereinafter referred to as “logfile”):

• IP address

• Date and time of access

• Name, URL and transferred data volume of the file called off

• Access status (message on the successful / aborted transmission of the requested data)

• Identification data of the browser used and operating system (if the internet browser permits transmission)

• Webpage, from which the access is carried out (if the internet browser permits transmission).

As a rule the data in the logfile are erased within seven (7) days. For the improvement of our offer we reserve the right to evaluate these data for statistical purposes by ourselves and by our service provider by means of the usual webpage analysis processes. No personal data of yourself will be recorded, processed or saved.

We cannot trace which user has called off which data. This information is not collected.

The storage of the IP address is carried out for reasons of data safety exclusively in order to ensure the stability and the operational safety of our system. The IP address is not used to process or evaluate any personal data.

3. Cookies

At present there we are using cookies for the following purpose:

Saving the consent to using cookies;

- Determination of the language on the system from which the website is being accessed and on which it is being displayed.
